Insta Swim is looking to hire professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach swim lessons in our clients’ private homes and community pools within your local area and surrounding cities. We supply the clients; you set the schedule and choose which clients to work with. Get paid within 24 hours after each lesson, with the flexibility and freedom to work when it suits you.

$40.00/hr - $60.00/hr

• Conduct private (1‑1) and small group swim lessons.

• Assess students’ skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet students’ and clients’ needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students and clients.
• Ensure the safety of the student at all times.

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Swim instruction equipment if needed.
• Must be based in the U.S. and have U.S. work authorization.
• A professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.
