As an instructor, you ll lead clients through fun, challenging classes that blend ballet, Pilates, and strength training all choreographed to motivating music. You ll create an experience that keeps members coming back, not just for the workout, but for the energy and connection you bring.

• Deliver dynamic and safe classes that follow Pure Barre s method and choreography
• Master and memorize class formats to lead with confidence and fluidity
• Provide modifications and personal attention to support all fitness levels
• Keep the beat and lead movements in time with music for a seamless class flow
• Foster a community-focused atmosphere where clients feel seen, supported, and celebrated
• Build lasting relationships with members to elevate their fitness journey

• Background in barre, ballet, dance, cheerleading, group fitness

• Strong memorization and musicality you know how to feel the beat
