Compensation starting at: $19.40 - $26.00/hr based on experience.

The Fitness Coach has a huge impact on the lives of residents and on the overall culture of the community. This position is an invaluable part of the Still Hopes family! Below is a picture of the impact the Fitness Coach has and what being a difference maker looks like!

Responsibilities

• Help residents in the gym and pool area.
• Provide personal training.
• Teach wellness classes.

The Still Hopes Wellness Department is looking for a motivated team member in our innovative and national award-winning program. You will be rewarded as you guide our residents and clients through a successful aging process encompassing all dimensions of wellness and promotes high quality of life.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a personal trainer or group exercise instructor, including aquatic exercise and exercise prescription.
• B.S. or M.S. in Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology, or related discipline preferred.
• Certification with ACSM, ACE, AFAA, SFA, or other nationally recognized certifying body preferred.
• CPR, Adult-First Aid-AED required.
