A company is looking for a Principal Engineer, Agentic AI.
Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of AI-native agentic workflows to enhance engineering productivity and operational excellence Architect and build AI agents for observability, automated root cause analysis, and anomaly detection Develop AI-driven tooling to accelerate development velocity and improve operational metrics
Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in software engineering with exposure to AI/ML systems in production environments Proven experience building AI agents or autonomous workflows Strong programming expertise in Python and at least one of Java or Go
Experience with distributed systems, telemetry data, and observability architectures Foundational AI skills, including prompt engineering and model evaluation
