Java
) to support the Enterprise Services organization in designing and developing complex solutions.

The Systems Software Programmer Consultant will design and develop software solutions primarily using Java EE framework, along with open source and commercial‑off‑the‑shelf platforms. Responsibilities include detailed requirements analysis, software design, development, testing, deployment, and creation of associated artifacts. The role requires clear communication of solution goals and trade‑offs, and the ability to build robust solutions on a complex Medicaid engagement involving scalable components and operational data stores.

• Lead design and development of large‑scale distributed systems using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Python, AWS, and Azure
• Integrate and optimize SQL/No

• Architect and deploy applications on AWS (Lambda, Glue, ECS/EKS, EC2, S3, RDS, Dynamo

• Design cloud solutions on Azure (AKS, App Services, Function Apps, Blob Storage, Azure SQL)
• Implement cloud governance, cost optimization, security hardening, and monitoring
• Lead automation initiatives using Python for ETL workflows, cloud automation, and infrastructure scripting
• Architect container‑based developments using Docker, Kubernetes (EKS/AKS), and Git Ops platforms
• Define and maintain enterprise CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, Azure Dev Ops, and AWS Code Pipeline
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Cloud Architects, Quality Assurance Analysts, and Dev Ops teams
• Lead incident investigations, performance tuning, and production stabilization

• 15+ years in Java, Spring Boot, and Python enterprise application development
• 6+ years strong experience in both AWS and Azure architecture and services
• 6+ years advanced Python scripting and automation experience
• 6+ years deep knowledge of microservices, distributed systems, and cloud‑native design
• 6+ years expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
• 6+ years strong SQL & No
  
  SQL experience

• 6+ years prior experience in emerging technologies and driving new capabilities
• 6+ years experience ensuring low‑defect products and articulating design and implementation details
• 6+ years solid testing and validation skills with understanding of simulated data
