Perform all aspects of maintenance of the building, grounds, and production equipment.
Prefer 2+ years experience with building maintenance.
Electrical experience is preferred.

Schedule: 5am-2pm M-Thu., 5am-12pm Fri. (Training hours only)
Once Trained: 8am-5pm M-Fri.

• Responsible for maintenance and repair of facilities as needed
• Maintain, repair, and routinely service boiler and HVAC systems
• Maintain, repair, and routinely service air compressors
• Perform electrical repairs, including 110v and 220v and 440v 3ph
• Perform minor plumbing repairs
• Perform scheduled maintenance on production equipment, including press brakes, lathes, welders, motors, etc
• Responsible for closing building each night

• Office maintenance to include lighting, etc
• Work with security company on maintaining security and fire systems
• Monthly fire extinguisher checks
• Minor painting and carpentry projects as needed

• Always work in a safe manner and ensure co-workers and outside vendors do the same
• Operate forklift in a safe manner as learned in forklift training course
• Use all safety attire/equipment as needed to complete the job
• Maintain a neat and orderly work area, including floor space, shelving and work stations
• Before leaving each day, ensure all tools are unplugged and properly stored
• Maintain all tools and equipment in clean, working condition
  
  Report any defective tools or equipment to the Building Supervisor for repair or replacement
