• Supervise and coordinate plumbing crews (typically 10+ tradesmen).
• Manage layout, installation, and testing of commercial plumbing systems.
• Ensure compliance with blueprints, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, general contractors, and inspectors.
• Oversee material management, scheduling, and daily reporting.
• Identify and resolve issues proactively to maintain project flow.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Foreman or Lead Plumber in commercial construction.
• Proven ability to lead field crews of 10+.
• Experience planning for the next day/week to avoid wasted time or materials.
• Maintain production efficiency in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong focus on job site safety for self and crew.
• Have experience in reading blueprints accurately.
• Strong understanding of plumbing codes, systems, and commercial layouts.
• Journeyman or Master Plumber license preferred.
• OSHA certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of the job.
• Must have valid SC Driver’s License.
