Skilled trades Machine Tool and Electricians needed for SC,.
Provides team leadership and is highly experienced performing the electrician activities in a machine tool manufacturing environment.
- Wire machinery from drawings and bill of material
- Wire panels
- Install communication blocks
- Wire Ethernet
- Wire auxiliary power
- Wire robots
- Wire safety circuits
- Wire 480V
- Install temporary power
- Bend and install conduit
- Prepare tool with I/O block, Device Net and duct work
- Verify tags, tag units and cords
- Run cords and dress tool per customer requirements
- Ability to drill, tap and ream holes
- Use of hand saw, drill press and grinders
