Job Description

We are seeking an experienced individual to lead and work alongside our crew on a large-scale construction project. This role is ideal for a working foreman who can balance field leadership with hands-on plumbing installation, spending approximately 50% of their time on the tools. Candidates with strong pipe measurement, layout, and installation skills are encouraged to apply.

• Supervise and direct a team of plumbers and pipe fitters to ensure efficient daily workflow.
• Plan, assign, and oversee tasks based on project requirements and crew capabilities.
• Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and other trades to maintain schedule alignment.
• Monitor material needs, track inventory, and ensure the crew has the tools and supplies required.
• Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to crew members.
• Measure, cut, install, and secure piping systems with precision.
• Perform hands-on assembly, fitting, and testing of plumbing systems.
• Operate tools and equipment safely while modeling proper technique for the crew.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues in the field.
• Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with project standards.
• Enforce all site safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Identify and resolve issues to keep the project moving efficiently.

• 5+ years of plumbing experience in commercial, industrial, or large-scale construction environments.
• 2+ years of experience in a lead, crew-lead, or foreman role.
• Ability to work hands-on at least 50% of the time, performing installation, fitting, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in plumbing and construction techniques.
• OSHA 10 certification.

• Plumbing certifications are a plus, but not required.

Candidates will be working on a data center in St George. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:30 pm, with overtime as needed.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint George, SC.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 – $38.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Saint George,SC.
