• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions.
• Install pipes, fittings, valves, and other plumbing components.
• Test plumbing systems for leaks and other problems.
• Interpret blueprints and building specifications for plumbing installations.
• Provide cost estimates for repair and installation services.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
• Ensure compliance with local and state plumbing codes and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients to explain plumbing issues and solutions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Respond promptly to emergency plumbing calls.
• Keep up to date with the latest plumbing technologies and techniques.
• Provide excellent customer service to build and maintain client relationships.
• Collaborate with team members and other contractors as needed.

• Experience with water heaters, drains, and re-pipes.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
• Proficiency in using plumbing tools and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical capability to perform manual labor and lift heavy equipment.
• Valid driver  license with a clean driving record.
• Availability for on-call and emergency service rotations.
• Basic computer skills for report writing and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and safety protocols.

Pay Range: 25-28 per hour + Commission
