We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and be proficient in the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery and equipment. This role requires a commitment to safety and efficiency, with a focus on delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities- Install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment in accordance with specifications.
- Utilize tools such as ammeters, ohmmeters, voltmeters, and scissor lifts effectively.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs to minimize downtime.
- Fabricate components as needed to support machinery operations.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their equipment needs.
- Collaborate with field service teams to ensure seamless operations across various job sites.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Mechanic in a similar role within an industrial setting.
- Familiarity with electrical systems; experience as an industrial electrician is a plus.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read blueprints and technical manuals.
- Experience in technical sales is advantageous but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team while demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
