Security Officer - Access Control

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients at an industrial manufacturing location by following site-specific access control procedures, badging requirements, visitor management steps, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Monitor and control entry and exit at gates, lobbies, and/or guard shacks, including verifying identification, checking credentials, issuing temporary badges, and directing employees, contractors, and delivery drivers to the proper areas;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating notifications, documenting events, and supporting on-site response plans as directed;
Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, staging areas, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious activity;
Complete routine security-related reports and logs, monitor cameras and alarm panels when assigned, and communicate clearly with site contacts and Allied Universal supervision
