Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, employees, and/or visitors by following site-specific security-related procedures and access control policies for a tech-focused location.;
Control access at entry points by verifying identification, issuing and collecting visitor credentials, managing sign-in logs, and coordinating with site contacts for approvals.;
Monitor alarms, cameras, and/or access control systems, report irregular activity, and document events in daily activity and incident reports.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including initiating emergency response activities per post orders.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas, including doors, gates, loading areas, and perimeter points, to help to deter unauthorized access.
