Security Officer - Part Time Event Patrol

Location: Blythewood

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, tenants, employees and/or shoppers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Help to monitor entrances, exits and common areas to support authorized access, observe for policy violations and/or suspicious activity and assist with resolving customer concerns;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including providing directions, coordinating with site management and contacting local emergency services when needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floors, corridors, parking areas and the perimeter;
Complete detailed activity logs and incident reports and/or use monitoring systems such as cameras and radios to document observations and communicate with the Allied Universal team and site personnel
