As a Security Officer - Tech Campus Access in Abbeville, SC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor entrance and exit points

Occur, conduct regular patrols, and help deter security-related incidents at a dynamic tech and media location. • Monitor access points to help control entry and exit of personnel, visitors, and vehicles at the location.
• Verify identification and credentials of individuals requesting access, following site-specific protocols.
• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out fairs preparatory procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help minimize disruption.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Document observations, incidents, and activity as required by Allied Universal and client site protocols.
• ijntisum pro–professional communicating with clients, visitors, and team members to support a secure environment within the tech, media and telecom setting.
• Follow all site-specific policies and procedures, adapting to evolving requirements as needed.

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
