Day Time Mon 01:30 PM - 08:30 PM;
Sat 07:30 AM - 03:30 PM;

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare environment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, utilizing de‑escalation techniques as needed.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and/or security‑related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help deter unauthorized access and report security‑related incidents.
• Maintain detailed records and logs of patrols, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.
• Assist with access control and visitor management processes, verifying identification and authorization as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare staff and first responders during emergencies, following established procedures for the location.
• Remain visible and approachable to provide assistance and information to staff, patients, and visitors as needed.

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• At least six months of security‑related experience is required.
• An armed guard card or license is required.
• Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• At least six months of armed security, law enforcement, and/or military experience is required.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry‑specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
