• Patrolling and monitoring exterior and community areas on premises.
• Access control of entrances and exits and departure of employees and visitors.
• Monitoring surveillance cameras for any disruptions or unlawful activities.
• Providing detailed reports on daily activities and/or incidents that may have occurred.
• Knowledgeable and able to effectively use magnetometer and X‑ray machines.
• Using provided communication devices, such as two‑way radios, in a clear and concise manner.
• Leverages excellent listening and service skills in emergency response and evaluation procedures.
• Performing CPR or first aid when needed.
• Ensure credentials are maintained per contract requirements.
• Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor and/or Project Manager.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Be a United States citizen or a Lawful Permanent Resident who is currently a member of, or who possesses a verifiable honorable discharge from, any component of the United States Armed Forces (Army, Air Force, Navy, Marines, Coast Guard).
• Been issued a Social Security Card by the Social Security Administration, which bears the individual name and social security number.
• Have verifiable documentation of one experience and one education level listed below:
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience (armed) security experience or one (1) year of law enforcement experience in a full‑duty status with a full‑service police department in a municipality, state, or federal law enforcement department within the US.
• A minimum of two (2) years as a member of any US Armed Forces with an honorable discharge.
• Received, at minimum, either a high school diploma or a General Equivalency Diploma (GED) from an accredited institution of higher learning.
• Fluently speak, read, comprehend English and be able to compose written reports in English.
• Strong relevant knowledge of the security industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have a customer service‑driven mindset.
• Ability to communicate effectively and present information to all levels of internal and external customers.
• Must be trainable and able to display proficiency in firearms (pistol), intermediate weapons (OC spray and expandable baton), First Aid, CPR, AED.

• PSOs shall be physically able to perform tasks in the performance of assigned duties.
• Frequent and prolonged walking, standing, sitting, and stooping up to 12 hours per day, either indoors or outdoors.
• Ability to remain on post for up to four (4) consecutive hours without sitting, eating, or receiving a break.
• Ability to remain alert for up to 12 hours, with the ability to mentally and physically react quickly to a variety of unexpected and dangerous situations.
