ROLE DESCRIPTION
As an Insurance Account Representative for Liz Portee State Farm you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide information about insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet agency goals.
  • Make outbound calls and follow up on leads to generate and qualify prospects.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
  • Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving measurable results.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
