- Rapidly respond to warm sales leads to close contracts for our services
- Generate sales leads through neighborhood canvassing and door knocking
- Travel to areas recently hit by storm damage to identify signs of roof and property damage
- Climb onto roofs and into attics to conduct damage assessments and present findings to homeowners (training provided)
- Educate homeowners on the restoration process and serve as a technical advisor to resolve client concerns
- Provide estimates and funding options and collect payments as required
- Work with insurance companies and meet with adjusters to facilitate the best outcomes for homeowners
- Obtain agreements and contracts from homeowners for roof restoration services
- Attend weekly sales meetings and actively participate in team communication
- A sales or customer service background is a plus, but not required
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle transportation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required for success
- Capable of utilizing technology (computer and smartphone apps) and gathering and analyzing information
- Ability to climb a ladder and scale roofs for inspection
- Ability to work outdoors, including walking and occasionally carrying up to 50 lbs
- At least 40 hours of daytime availability weekly (most Saturdays required)
