• Meeting sales goals measured daily, weekly, and monthly
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Ensure customers are educated on the Golden Rules of Tanning
• Ensure all company and legal requirements are met
• Maintain a clean and organized salon
• Cash handling, opening and closing the business
• Complete daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum age 18 years
• Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time, up to 7+ hours per day
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends

Base pay of $10 - $15+ per hour, plus up to 12% commission.
