We are looking for a capable Business Development Representative (BDE) to expand Uniyr’s business activities in North America.

Responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, identifying new potential, generating leads and converting them into real opportunities for Account Executives to take over. You will play an essential role in the company, meeting and surpassing business expectations and contributing to our Company’s rapid and sustainable growth.
What You Will Work On- Business Development
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Identify new potential, generating leads and converting them into real opportunities for Account Executives to take over.
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
- Cultivate and build relationships within new and existing verticals at strategic level
- Identify complimentary avenues to expand Unifyr’s footprint across North America
- Attend events, exhibitions, and trade shows where relevant
- Set up meetings with potential clients and identify their needs and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Assist in the preparation of tender and bid documents
- Utilize BI to assist in targeting new regions in education and emerging verticals
- Collaborate with team members across the Company to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams (product and marketing)
- Market and Competitor Information
- Understand current sources of market and competitor information
- Identify sources of information on the market(s) in which Unifyr operates
- Identify sources of information on Unifyr’s main competitors and potential partners
- Create a system of regular market and competitor developments reporting to CEO, Execs and relevant staff
- Excellent written, communication and presentation skills
- Clear track record of achieving targets in a commercial and sales environment
- Clear commercial and entrepreneurial aptitude
- Ability to travel – International
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Ability to learn about products and demonstrate to clients
- Knowledge of Channel Marketing (Desirable)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Hands‑on experience with prospecting tools and AI services for enrichment and message personalization
- Fluent English
- Ability to work on a computer for extended periods of time, sitting, standing, walking, hearing, talking, typing, and working with electronic files.
- Ability to see information in print or electronically
- Must be able to attend in person and virtual meetings
- On-call availability and periodic working outside of normal business hours
