The Senior Client Executive will grow TierPoint’s client roster in the Carolinas by providing personalized and comprehensive IT solutions. You will act as a client acquisition engine, identifying prospects who could benefit from TierPoint’s guidance and management of complex IT infrastructures. You will work with IT leaders to develop customized IT solutions that support their digital transformation initiatives.

Note: This is a home‑office role; only local candidates in the Greenville market will be considered.
Responsibilities- Manage prospecting plan development and execution for new accounts.
- Identify and leverage compelling business entry points for targeted outreach (events, markets, conferences, groups).
- Prospect, qualify, and build new relationships with clients who could benefit from TierPoint’s solutions.
- Build relationships with mid‑level and C‑suite prospects to deliver personalized solutions.
- Craft personal, strategic, valuable messages that engage clients via email and sales calls.
- Strategize, create, and deliver compelling solution‑focused presentations for a C‑level audience.
- Coordinate between clients and internal teams to ensure a productive client experience.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly goals of prospect engagements and closed deals.
- Maintain in‑depth knowledge of TierPoint’s solutions, industry trends, and competition.
- Manage and overcome obstacles and objections.
- Provide closed‑loop feedback to Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to optimize processes and products.
- Manage your sales pipeline and record sales activities to maintain data quality in CRM.
- Deliver quality internal and external customer service aligned with Company values.
- Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
- At least 7 years of successful quota‑carrying sales experience, with outbound and/or full‑cycle sales experience preferred.
- Experience in a large technical account environment; prior expertise in managed services, data center services, Cloud‑IaaS, consulting, and hardware/software solutions preferred.
- Ability to learn technical products and apply new knowledge quickly.
- Track record of qualifying and closing consultative/service‑led sales, particularly multi‑year and subscription‑based services.
- Strong ability to build relationships across both mid‑level and C‑suite executives and foster consensus among the buying team.
- Proven listening, extrapolation, and resource‑leveraging skills to provide solutions to client needs.
- Strong presentation skills, capable of persuading large C‑level audiences.
- Ability to learn and collaborate with a remote team.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong planning, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Positive, upbeat, growth‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and both independently and with others.
- Experience operating in a fast‑moving, team‑oriented environment with tight deadlines.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Windows‑based applications.
- Prior experience in the data center industry.
- Work from home; position must be located in Greenville.
