- Minimum of 5 years of external experience in validated consultative sales with a history of success
- Proficiency in account planning and an understanding of territory management
- Experience in establishing relationships with C-level and senior-level clients in midsize and large organizations
- Strong intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven experience building excellent client relationships through insightful and strategic consultations
- Strong proficiency in computer skills
- Knowledge of the full life cycle of the sales process, from prospecting to close
