Sales Director, Workers Compensation (Mid-Atlantic)
We are seeking a Sales Director to cover the Mid‑Atlantic region, covering Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Maryland, and Virginia. Candidates residing in one of these states are strongly preferred, but not required.

The Sales Director plays a central role in managing client relationships and driving revenue growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Initiating the sales process by scheduling appointments, understanding account requirements, and building relationships with adjusters, team leads, and supervisors.
- Recommending new products and services by evaluating current results and identifying unmet needs.
- Increasing referral volume and revenue through rapport building, presentation of product capabilities, and overcoming objections.
- Documenting sales and account activities in our internal CRM platform.
- Maintaining job knowledge by participating in industry conferences and seminars.
- Performing other duties as assigned based on business needs.
