Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative at Club Pilates Columbia, you are the face of our studio and a key player in our growth. Your mission: welcome new members into our fitness family, introduce them to the transformative power of Pilates, and guide them toward their wellness goals through dynamic Demo Classes and personal engagement.

What Were Looking For:

• Outstanding sales, communication, and customer service skills
• Goal-driven mindset with the ability to sell memberships, retail, private sessions, and teacher training programs
• Experience with Club Ready software or a strong willingness to learn
• Professional communication skills in person, by phone, and email
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Flexibility for local travel as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full sales process, from lead generation to closing the sale
• Conduct personalized studio tours, building rapport and addressing prospective members fitness goals
• Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas
• Present Club Pilates offerings clearly and confidently to new and returning clients
• Represent the brand at community events and outreach opportunities
• Continuously develop your sales skills and take on new responsibilities as the studio grows
