Become a product expert and an expert in consulting businesses from a wide variety of industries. With all these important insights you will become the link between the product, the market, and all departments in Connecteam.
- Become a product expert.
- Own the full sales cycle as a quota‑carrying position, managing your own pipeline and contributing to the team’s pipeline.
- Be the company’s eyes – no one knows our clients better than the Sales team.
- Be the face of the company – Connecteam is known for outstanding customer service.
- Influence the product in light of client demands and needs.
- Cross‑department involvement and information sharing.
- Act with initiative, independence, and ownership.
- At least 1.5 years of AE sales experience in SaaS companies.
- Open to candidates with 1.5 years of SDR or BDR experience in SaaS companies.
- Strong record of quota attainment.
- Strong customer‑relation skills and ability to interact with individuals at all levels.
- Self‑learner, autodidact, and highly independent.
- Strong time‑management skills, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Experience with CRM and project‑management tools.
- Energetic, positive, and motivated – MUST.
- Team player with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑growth startup environment.
- Hungry to make a true impact and grow with us.
- Must be able to work remotely from Mon‑Fri.
- Spanish speaking is a plus.

Salary range: 140K‑160K OTE
