Product Management Executive

1. Working with Foreign Suppliers/Manufacturers:

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with foreign suppliers and manufacturers.
• Organize and participate in direct and online meetings (monthly/quarterly project update, Q , sales plan, forecast…) with foreign manufacturers.
• Welcome, support and negotiate with foreign suppliers at the office.

2. Collaborating with Sales/FAE Teams:

• Work closely with Sales and FAE teams to understand more about products and project details.
• Schedule and join meetings, make visits, and update manufacturers on project updates.

3. Coordinating with Brand Marketing:

• Participate in both online and offline marketing activities related to products and brands within the company’s distribution portfolio.
• Develop and implement content and strategies for product promotion on online platforms such as websites, social media, and email marketing.
• Participate in industry exhibitions to showcase products and enhance brand image.

• Undergraduate or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with technical/electronics related major
• Have knowledge in the field of Electricity – Electronics, Telecommunications, electronic components.
• Knowledgeable about company products and services, Customers & applications, Manufacturer & main product and Opponent
• Love learning and further self-development from an Economic – Trade perspective
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Communicate well in English at work
• Agile, eager to learn, progressive spirit, proactive, responsible and honest.
• Solve problems, be flexible and responsive
• Good appearance is an advantage
