- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales plans in solution-based programs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
- Experience with transportation management systems/technology
- Ability to develop and grow C-Level relationships to increase success probability
- Aptitude for understanding technology solutions that address customer business issues
- Strong MS Office Word and PowerPoint skills
- Proven ability to collaborate with others at all levels within potential client organizations
