Marketing & Client service Officer

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Marketing & Client service Officer to join our team. In this role, you will engage with clients, promote products, and provide exceptional customer service.

• Promote Company's products and services to potential and existing clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.
• Analyze client needs to provide tailored solutions.

• Assist with client inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or Marketing.
• Minimum of 1 year of working experience in sales or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills and agility in decision-making.
• Excellent and effective communication skills.
• Strong data interpretation and analytical abilities.
• Detail-oriented with good time management skills.
