This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in Aiken, SC. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for assisting customers with product selection, providing information about building materials, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Daily tasks include generating leads, managing customer accounts, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The role requires collaboration with team members and other departments to meet sales goals and deliver excellent service.

• Proven experience in Inside Sales and Account Management
• Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
• Experience in Lead Generation and maintaining client relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Knowledge of building materials or the construction industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a benefit
