** ROLE OVERVIEW
** The Business Development Representative (BDR) is a high-energy, results-driven Business Development Representative to fuel our growth pipeline. The Business Development Representative will be on the front lines—prospecting, cold calling, and generating qualified leads that our Account Management team will close. This is a hunter role for someone who thrives on momentum, loves the challenge of breaking through, and gets energized by high-volume outreach.
** KEY RESPONSIBILITES

* ** Generate leads
** through cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and creative prospecting strategies
* ** Qualify prospects
** by understanding their needs, challenges, and fit for our solutions
* ** Book meetings
** and hand off qualified opportunities to Account Managers for closing
* ** Maintain pipeline discipline
** by tracking activity, updating CRM, and managing follow-up cadences
* ** Adapt and iterate
** messaging based on what's working—you'll experiment, learn fast, and pivot
* ** Hit activity and conversion targets

* * You're comfortable with ambiguity and change. Scripts are starting points, not rigid rules. You learn what works and iterate quickly.

* Consistently meet or exceed monthly lead generation and qualification targets
* Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities for Account Managers
* Demonstrate strong activity metrics (calls, emails, meetings booked)

* Build rapport quickly and create momentum in prospect conversations
