• Manage daily work activities efficiently while supporting a high-performing sales culture
• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, along with email communications

• Natural selling skills with the ability to influence and persuade
• Call center experience preferred
• Experience in Personal Insurance and/or Small Commercial Insurance is a plus
• Strong organizational, time management, and computer skills
• Goal-oriented and metric-focused mindset

• Bilingual (Spanish speaking) is a plus
• Competitive nature and strong desire to win in sales
