Overview

Restaurant Team Member Part Time role at Love's Travel Stops. Responsibilities focus on delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a clean and sanitized work area, processing payments accurately, and ensuring high-quality food service. Training is provided; no prior experience is required.

• General customer service duties including taking orders, answering questions about menu offerings, and addressing customer needs.
• Balance a cash register and offer additional sales opportunities to customers.
• Accurately and safely prepare customer orders from various stations (e.g., sandwich making, fry, grill) depending on the concept.
• Use procedures and technologies to maintain proper food safety conditions and deliver fresh, safe products.
• Cross-train in other departments such as Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
• Move and lift 25+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.

• Ability to perform essential duties in a fast-paced retail/food service environment.
• Willingness to learn and be trained to perform different tasks as needed.
• Physical ability to move and lift 25+ pounds and work in different temperatures.
