Overview

Gilbert Motor Company in Chesnee, SC is looking for a full-time Auto Dealership Accounts Manager - Sales Associate to help manage our front office while assisting customers in their vehicle buying journey. We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 per year

This is a full-time position with a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

As our Auto Dealership Accounts Manager - Sales Associate, your day will begin by ensuring the front office operates at full potential—organizing paperwork, managing customer relations, and handling administrative tasks. You ll take charge of processing DMV paperwork and managing inventory records, while keeping a close eye on compliance with dealership policies. You will be responsible for delinquent accounts that require assigning a repossession order, and tasked with direct contact with delinquent customers.

You will also oversee collections for accounts receivable and schedule warranty repairs for customers, coordinating with our service department. Throughout the day, you ll assist customers with vehicle purchases, guiding them through their options and helping them make informed decisions. Whether you re handling warranty repairs, managing insurance claims, or assisting with escalated customer issues, your role will be essential in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience.

• 2 years of automotive dealership experience
• 5+ years of customer service experience
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Highly organized with great attention to detail
• Self-motivated, organized, accountable, and adaptable

• Knowledge of finance
• Experience in a Buy Here Pay Here dealership
