A leading beauty retailer in Columbia is looking for an Operations Associate to support daily store operations. Responsibilities include managing inventory, assisting with visual merchandising, and delivering exceptional client service. Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in a retail or client-focused environment with strong organizational and communication skills. The role also requires the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, and physically lift up to 50 pounds.
Competitive pay between $16.60 and $22.00 per hour.
