Executive Chef

Passionate Executive Chef Opportunity Are you a culinary leader with a deep appreciation for authentic Italian cuisine? Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen operations. If you value quality ingredients, classic techniques, and team development while bringing creativity and consistency to every plate, we want to hear from you. Daily Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee all kitchen operations, including menu development and execution Create authentic, high-quality Italian dishes with a focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients Manage food costs, inventory, and vendor relationships Train, mentor, and lead kitchen staff to maintain high standards Ensure consistency, presentation, and portion control across all dishes Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards Collaborate with ownership/management on concepts, specials, and long-term vision

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Chef in an Italian-focused kitchen Strong knowledge of traditional and modern Italian cooking techniques Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team Excellent organizational and cost-control skills Passion for food, hospitality, and creating memorable dining experiences

Experience with plate presentation and scratch cooking
