Job Overview

• Plan and execute daily shift operations.
• Monitor crew performance and provide coaching.

• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to support consistent operations.

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with flexible schedule and passion for fast‑paced environment.
