Managers lead shifts every week, making sure customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience. An Hourly Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Shift Managers may plan each shift, monitor performance, take action to meet McDonald’s standards, monitor safety, security, and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager.

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment. Positive team players who enjoy a flexible schedule and like to have fun. Must be 18 years or older.
