Data Scientist
Location: Columbia
Under limited supervision of the Senior Research Analyst, the Research Analyst will conduct statistical analyses, interpret results, and compile findings into clear reports with visualizations, documenting methodologies. The role involves presenting results and collaborating with teams. Additionally, the analyst will support continuous improvement by staying updated on best practices and suggesting enhancements to data management and processes.
A high school diploma and relevant program experience.
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as statistics, data sciences, social sciences, public health, or related disciplines. Proficiency in data entry, management, and statistical analysis. Ability to interpret statistical outputs accurately and translate findings. Experience compiling data reports, dashboards, and presenting results. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to create clear and concise reports, presentations, and visualizations. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
