Your Role

As a Leasing Agent, you’ll be the face of our community, helping prospective residents find their ideal home and ensuring an outstanding experience. Your work will directly impact the success and reputation of our property.

What You’ll Do

• Showcase our community’s amenities and features to prospective tenants, leaving a lasting positive impression.
• Advertise available units through various media channels and promotional materials.
• Identify and understand the needs, lifestyle preferences, and financial qualifications of prospective residents.
• Process rental applications and confirm personal references with professionalism and accuracy.
• Stay updated on market trends and the local property landscape to provide valuable insights to clients.
• Negotiate lease terms and close agreements, maintaining a high occupancy rate.
• Assist with administrative tasks as assigned by the Community Director.

What You Bring

• High School Diploma (or GED) required; HUD knowledge and experience preferred.
• Strong background in customer service with excellent communication and closing skills.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to stay organized and multitask in a dynamic environment.
• A positive, upbeat attitude and professional image that aligns with our company standards.
