This position is based in Basel Stücki, Switzerland.

• Lead and support the GMP Services team, including task planning and prioritization

• Onboard new employees and guide performance and development

• Ensure efficient use of time and personnel to meet stakeholder and company goals

• Represent Lonza in audits and inspections, providing lab tours and expert insights

• Manage complex quality records such as deviations, change requests, and investigations

• MSc in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or related field;
  PhD preferred

• 5–10 years of experience in analytical chemistry in GMP settings

• 5–10 years of experience in audits and inspections, acting as SME

• 3+ years of experience in team leadership and people management

• Strong technical writing skills for quality documentation

• Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively

• Experience with document management systems and quality process systems is a plus

• Fluency in English, German is a plus
