Greenskeepers & Landscapers; River Course & Cassique

Full and part‑time Greenskeepers/Landscapers are needed ASAP for the private River Course and Cassique Golf Courses on Kiawah Island. Greenskeepers are responsible for maintaining grass, turf, grounds, and plants using standard manual and power lawn care equipment. Duties include mowing and weeding grass, laying sod, planting grass and other plants, and fertilizing. Some experience using lawnmowers, leaf blowers, edgers, and trimmers is preferred, but not required.

Schedule:

6‑7 days per week.
Monday‑Friday: 6:00 am‑3:00 pm (occasionally until 5 pm).
Saturday‑Sunday: 6:00 am‑10:00 am.

• The ability to lift and carry at least 30 lbs, and to sit, stand, kneel and walk for long periods, is required.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varied weather conditions.
• Comfortable using hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruning saws, hedges, brush trimmers, and axes.
• Some previous experience as a landscaper or horticulturalist is strongly preferred, but not required.
• Experience operating powered equipment such as mowers, tractors, twin‑axle vehicles, leaf blowers, chain‑saws, electric clippers, sod cutters, and pruning saws is preferred.
