As our Office Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting hospital leadership and ensuring our team and clients have what they need. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing administrative tasks, records, and documentation
• Assisting with accounts receivable and basic financial workflows
• Driving social media activities and building and maintaining our online presence
• Providing professional client service, including answering phones and making follow‑up calls
• Coordinating supplies, including office, janitorial, uniforms, and staff badges
• Assisting with special events and special projects
• Helping troubleshoot basic computer and printer issues

Every day is different — and your contributions will directly support the high‑level care we provide to pets and their families.

• Positive, reliable, and team-focused
• Highly organized with great attention to detail
• Tech‑savvy with strong skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Social Media Platforms and general computer troubleshooting
• Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment
• A strong communicator

• Eager to learn and ready to jump in wherever needed

Experience with veterinary software, social media tools, or event coordination is a plus—but not required for the right candidate.
