• Lead and motivate your crew to deliver beautiful, high-quality installations
• Communicate clearly with clients and teammates
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and on budget
• Operate tools and equipment responsibly
• Take pride in creating finished landscapes that stand the test of time

• Valid driver’s license + clean record
• 1–2 years landscaping experience (installation or crew leadership)
• Leadership, reliability, and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors year-round

• Experience reading landscape plans
• Familiarity with Charleston-area plants, drainage, and grading
• A positive, growth-minded attitude
