Provides services to clients in accordance with the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Agency policy, and accepted professional standards of practice. Provides nursing services utilizing a comprehensive base of nursing theory and nursing process, and communicates/documents observations and assessments.

Essential Functions:
- Assess and evaluate health status of clients
- Review care plans and evaluate responses to interventions
- Verify medical orders and administer medications
- Maintain safe care environments
- Adhere to agency policies and community standards
- Respect individual, cultural, and spiritual differences
- Communicate effectively and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a state-approved nursing program (BSN preferred)
- Current, unrestricted RN license in applicable state(s)
- New grads welcome
- Current CPR certification and TB test
Standard Rate: $36.00 - $38.50 per hour.
