PositionFull-Time Nurse Practitioner (NP) in Post-Acute Care in Sumter, SC
Schedule & Setting- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
- In-person care at a local Post-Acute & Skilled Nursing Facility
- Collaborative care with attending physicians and on-site teams
- Salary: $100,000–$120,000 annually based on experience
- Performance-based bonus, $1,500 CME stipend, paid holidays
- Health, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO, life insurance
- Active South Carolina NP license (or ability to obtain)
- Board Certified (ANCC, AANP, or equivalent)
- Experience in post-acute, hospital, or outpatient care preferred
- Passion for geriatric, preventative, and chronic disease care
