The Manager ER ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall daily function and staffing of the ER department. The Manager monitors and evaluates the provision of nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures and holds staff accountable for quality and clinical outcomes in support of facility objectives.

What qualifications you will need:

• Associate's Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma required; BSN preferred
• 3+ years of applicable experience in the ERCurrently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation required
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NVCI required
