We are looking for an ADON (RN) for our Skilled Nursing department. The role implements standards of resident care 24‑hour across SNF units and oversees nursing personnel.

ADON implements standards of resident care on a 24-hour basis and directs and evaluates all Skilled Nursing personnel providing direct resident care.

• Maintain resident charts with admission documents, care plans, records of care, and required regulatory documents.
• Operate SNF areas in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and act as liaison with regulatory agencies.
• Administer resident medications, assess responses, and make appropriate adjustments or recommendations for nursing activity.
• Participate in and lead staff meetings and implement nursing program.
• Conduct daily resident rounds and initiate corrective action as necessary.
• Participate in and attend all in‑service training and education programs as scheduled.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Current state licensure as a Nurse is required.
• Two years’ experience in a similar healthcare position required.
• Five years of healthcare experience desired.
• Remain in good standing with all standards of the Nurse Practice Act.

• Read, write, speak and understand English fluently.
• Meet or exceed company attendance and punctuality standards.
• Use electronic records and miscellaneous software and office equipment.
• Understand and follow directions as given.
• Work with minimal supervision.
