Supervisory areas to be covered. Columbia, Elgin Lugoff, Elmo, Lexington, Orangeburg, Bamberg

• Daily Pay
• Mileage paid
• Paid Per visit
• Make your own schedule

• Enable patients to stay independent while they remain in their own homes.
• Perform routine supervisory visits to evaluate the plan of care and supervise delivery of excellent client service.
• Follow up for unskilled services
• Present educational in-service trainings
• Communicate with Case Managers and other members of the care team

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current LPN licensure.
• 2 years of nursing experience required.
• Must be able to travel locally in your own vehicle, and possess a valid driver's license and appropriate automobile insurance coverage.
