Job Description

• Assists the Registered Nurse in data gathering for patient assessment.
• Provides individualized nursing care in collaboration with the Registered Nurse to meet the holistic age‑specific needs of patients.
• Provides appropriate nursing interventions, consistent with the Plan of Care, standards of practice, and the Physician’s prescribed medical plans of care.
• Conducts hourly rounds using Service Excellence Standards.
• Fosters an environment that demonstrates caring, compassion, and respect for all patients, families, and visitors.
• Utilizes appropriate health and safety equipment to protect both patients and staff.
• Applies standard procedures for caring for central lines, Foley catheters, pressure ulcers, restraints, and patients at risk for falls.
• Participates proactively in problem‑solving initiatives.

• Must possess a valid South Carolina LPN license.
• BLS certification required on hire.

• Full‑time, 72 hours bi‑weekly (Nights; 7 p.m.–7 a.m.).
• Required to work every other weekend.
